2 Axis Gimbal for Camera or Laser

A 2 axis gimbal/compass Thing to enable a user to accurately position a GoPro or other small camera, or mobile device to a defined rotation on the vertical (Z) Axis and tilt on the X Axis to match chromakey or 3D generated backgrounds.
Positioning the CCD/focal point of the camera in the exact 0,0,0 position is possible with the right mounts, which can help create better integration with this type of background.
The front part of the device could be removed, for close to 300 degrees of vertical panning.
