19mm is 3/4" tube (close enough)
22mm is 7/8" tube (close enough)

If you need to scale this up or down for the control column diameter, you'll screw up the switch holes and may need to do a little touch-up with a drill.

The switches I used for the design need a 7mm shaft and 10mm nut in order for the 14mm OD socket to fit in the impression.
