2" Sanding Drum

The shaft hole is approx .315" in diameter and the drum OD is 2". I made this so a SBC pushrod can be hammered/pressed into the part, then a piece of cut sandpaper is to be wrapped around the drum. A slot was put in if you wanted to make the drum eccentric for larger diameter holes.
