2 step Business Card

Card Base: 1 mm tall, .25 mm layer, 190 C, Blue PLA, 60 mm second speed, stop printing at 1 mm
Card Letters: .75 mm tall, .1 mm layer, 195 C, Glow in the Dark PLA, 20 mm second speed, start printing at .98 mm - leaves a slight groove to better adhere, slightly neater print.
All with .4 mm nozzle. Ordered a .2 nozzle for the letters - will explain later.
Filament and process changed in less than a minute - custom extruder/hot end mount makes this very nice. With the custom hot end mount, changing to a .2 mm nozzle should take less than 5 minutes. That's not only a color change - that's a WHOLE NEW PROCESS change. Mid print... ;)
