Fan 40mm

I make a remix of this fan file to add the mask to make the cutoff.

use like this:
fan_40();
fan_40(true,0); to see fan
fan_40(false,1); to see mask with 1mm gap for vis.
fan_40(false,1,30); the same but with 30mm higth for mask
