Ticket to Ride Card Holder

This is for the smaller cards like the ones in Ticket to Ride United States version. The card holder was a hair too large for my print bed so I rotated one of the slots and I fixed the letters so the centers wouldn't float away. I also added some finger indentations so the cards would be easier to pick up.
