BLToutch (3dTouch) holder for Diamond Hotend

BLtouch probe is hidden behind fan so is closer to nozzle and probing is much better. Tested on Prusa i3 like printer with e3d Lite (Full will working well) it works like charm.source file is added so fell free to adjust high of the probe. I suggest to isolate plastic part of probe with some thermal insulator.
