The protector is printed flat and then warmed in hot water.
Bend it so that it follows your arm. Be careful at the pockets for the straps during bending. Those pockets should not be deformed!
The straps should be printed with 0.2mm nozzle, but 0.4mm is also possible.
Use 20mm rubber strap to fix it at your arm.
