Based off the original D-Bot hot-end mounting plate.
Allows to install Prusa i3-style direct extruders, like the DYZE or Wade, that mount the hot-end to the extruder body.
Requires 2x M4x10mm socket head screws to install.
Does not uses the stock hot-end mount.
Allows to use the cable support from the original D-bot parts.
