Kit upgrade Anet A8 to Steel

The kit includes all needed parts to upgrade from the Anet A8 printer to the prusa Steel chassis. The idea is to make it as compatible as possible with the regular prusa, thus I will recomend to change de carriage and extruder, otherwise you will have to modify the distance between bars by mechanising your anet A8 carriage becouse the distance is different.

Since it took me some time to find, adapt and design all the needed parts, I decided to put them all together in a single kit.
