Santa hat bobble

A Santa hat bobble that has a rotary encoder and Adafruit NeoPixels fitted inside it. The bobble consists of 3 parts, the base which attaches to the hat by a cable tie, the inner plate that mounts the rotary encoder and upto 6 NeoPixels cut from a 1m strip, the top which is the knob for the rotary encoder.
