e3d hotend, 12 & 18 mm proximity sensor, led, gt2 belt holder,radial fan&duct mount to anet a8

Since no perfect fit for my preferences, i made my own
simple and lightweight
rock solid e3d v6 mount
M12 and M18 auto leveling proximity sensor, in this config also reach the hotbed so it can be used as an end switch
radial fan & fan duct
led lighting (d = 5mm)
Chain connection (um2 open chain)
gt2 belt holder

Changes: 2 linear bearing block on the down side, also need M4 thread it
X endstop switch need to be turn down
