A simple remix - taking thingirob's lovely modular X carriage and adding the integrated rear BLTouch mount from the titan direct extruder.
You will need R_Belt_Lock_Beta.stl and your desired mount from rob's files. The BLTouch probably won't be at a perfect height at first. Use the bltouch spacer from puma's carriage and scale it in the Z axis til you get a nice offset.
I run this with my e3d 20 degrees offset (otherwise the fan won't quite fit) and use this excellent fan shroud:
