Anet A8 j head v5 carriage with 12mm sensor and 40 mm fan duct

Needing for something lighter to replace mk8 extruder in my anet a8 I've found an old j-head v5 laying around and tried to model a carriage that fits on original bearing holders and can use all the remaining original equipment.
The fan duct is self threading with 3mm screws, no room for bolts!
It only fits 12 mm inductive sensor, all reflects my actual configuration, if something goes wrong while assembling, please report it and I'll try to fix it!
