RepRap LCD Case (Generic Base)

This is a remix of the "RepRap Discount Case".

The original was specifically for the Prusa i3 frame. I updated the base to it could be screwed down.

This should work on most RepRap LCDs. Worked perfect for my Tevo Tarantula LCD
