Prusa ie mk2 stiff z axis

When printing tall objcts at high speed the z axis tend to resonate a bit and create patterns in the print surface.

this setup stiffens up the z axis completely.
you will need to 10mm threaded rods, 44cm long and 8 10 mm nuts
you will also need to 8mm threaded rods, 39cm long and 8 8mm nuts
