Magnetic Effector & Carriage & Double 50mm radial Filament Cooler for Delta Printer (E3D V6 mount)

To increase the effective hight of my delta printer, the E3D V6 hotend has to move up.
Some additional requirements are:

- possibility to add up to three filament cooling fans (tbd. will be added later)
- integrated 30mm fan for the heatsink
- quick exchange (e.g. with an indicating caliper, or different nozzles)

As magnets I use six N52 type, 14mm diameter with 3mm hight.

Used screws are:
- 2x M3x15mm (fan)
- 4x M3x10mm (E3D V6 Mount)
