Nerf Peg Board Hook Flattened

I had problems with the original printing reliably, and it turned out there was a single layer height on the pins, causing the rest of the hook to be printed at layer 2 and not adhered to the print bed. The default support settings for slic3r and cura seem to not have support for a single layer.

This remix just eliminates that single extra layer on the pins, causing them to be entirely flat on the print bed, and print reliably without support.
