Ikea-Lamp-Dish Bowens Adapter

Ikea has a lamp in their portfolio which is called "Foto". My idea was it to use it as a light modifier for a photostudio. In my studio I use strobes from Jinbei and Walimex. Both uses the bowens standart bayonet. I crated a flange which works fine to adapt the Ikea lamp to transform it into an inexpensive light modifier. If you want to build one for your own you have to cut the upper edge from the lamp with a jigsaw. The flage is screwed together with M6 screws. I cut the thread with a M6 screw
