Anet auto-leveling sensor holder (SN04-N type sensors)

After the bracket by pparsniak broke when attempting to use it i decided i didn't like the location of the sensor on the back (it kept hitting on headed bed connector). This bracket places the sensor to the front left of the nozzle similar to the popular round sensor brackets out there. This bracket needs some work the holes don't exactly line up with the screw holes of the A8's extruder fan and they are not thick enough to get a tight fit.
