E3dv6 Dual with Bltouch and 15mm sensor Beta

This is to attach on the stock fans mounted on the e3d. it was designed for tevo tarantula with dual e3d.
v0.2 --> corrected bltouch to nozzle height (8.3mm) also enlarged the fan screw holes.
