This is a generic equipment case that can be mounted in the 200mm rack here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4410957
It should be trivial to print these files without support, which was part of the original design intent.
The lid is attached to the chassis with M3x8mm screws, with square nuts inserted in the attachment point in the chassis. In my experience the nuts slide in with a bit of force so I typically use a plier to hold them straight during insertion. All components but the lid and back plate are designed to be glued together with CA glue or epoxy with a lot of contact area between the pieces.
A Raspberry Pi chassis has been added. It's set up to attach 2 Pis with M2.5x8 screws and nuts. The nuts are held in place with friction and may be a press fit depending on your printer. I don't have a Pi 4 yet so I haven't been able to work on a suitable back plate.
This is a work in progress so let me know what you think!
