Vive mounted camera shoe

A camera shoe that clips to the front of the HTC Vive virtual reality headset. The fit against the headset alone is a bit loose. This saves space for a protective layer between the printed plastic and the headset to prevent scratches. Either craft foam or the Hyperkin Gel Protector would fit the bill.

The mount does not cover the front facing camera, but the things you mount definitely will.

I've been using this to attach a quality microphone for recording Youtube videos in VR.
