40mm Heatsink Wrap/Cover

When I got the printer it started displaying "DEF" in the temperature reading. Then I found was the poor design of the thermistor wrapping around the heatsink. After some use the print would fail - printer just stopped. I made a 12mm by 42mm x 3mm wrap around the heatsink
