Shim for Glass bed Qidi Tech with 10mm rods, customizable thickness

This is a customizable shim for Qidi Tech 1 printers with 10mm rods, needed when adding a glass bed or other printbed, for instance Fleks3D. The other shims were difficult to adjust, so I designed a simple shim that fits around the Z-axis. The size of this shim is 8x5 cm, thickness of 3mm. Thickness can be adjusted by just stretching the model in the Z-direction, so you can use it with any glass plate thickness you want.
