Folgertech FT-5 Stock X-axis Plate + BLTouch Mount

This is a modification to the source file to make it compatible (hopefully) for the stock extruder of the Folgertech FT-5. I have not printed it yet but I'd like to know if anyone likes it and mainly if I got the adjustments right (I'm new to Blender).
