Raspberry Pi Display Case (new Base for Pi Camera and Heatsink)

I really liked the case design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1229473) by ftobler for my 3.5" Waveshare LCD, but the Design was missing a way to run the Pi Camera cable out of the case, check out "raspiBplusCase_base_camera_cutout.stl" if you intend to use one. I also had problems fitting a RasPi with attached heatsinks for overclocking useage into the case, so I altered the base height a bit to make room for those heatsinks.
