Maker Select Pause Fix

This widget fixes the problem where the Monoprice Maker Select v2 goes out of alignment after a pause and resume. The problem is a cable management problem, not a firmware problem. This widget gives the print bed heater cable a ramp to slide up over the edge of the printer's frame.
