Print in ABS, glue body and duct together and slide it onto the alumnium bar while its deattached from the carriage. screw the fan (40x40) onto it and you are good to go.

I used the powersupply of the original radial fan, so the new one can be controlled over printer software.

Besides some short M3 screws and the fan, u don´t need anything else
