P3Steel Lead Screw X-Axis Ends, Modified from Toolson's P3Steel -KaiTek

This is a modified version of Toolson's P3Steel X-Axis ends, to use Lead Screws, as common on Sunhokey and other 3rd party prusa printers.

This is not a complete X-Axis, For a complete X Axis you will also need the following parts from "P3Steel Toolson Edition":
Belt tensioner,
X End stop bracket,
Y End stop trigger (either short or long)
Y End stop bracket
