Mason Jar Dispenser Remix

I remixed this primarily to allow the sealing lid for a ball jar to fit easily under the dispenser
valve so the jar can be tightly sealed (popcorn needs to be kept at the proper moisture for
optimal popping). I also changed the "split line" to allow the threaded portion of the valve
housing to be undivided. The ball is designed as one piece with built in supports. The
handle is fashioned after a water valve handle and is held on with a stainless steel washer
and 1/4-20 x 1/2" lon
