E3D V6 Extender (7mm shorter)

@FooFighter94's version was too long, so I shortened it by 7mm (and probably could have gone for more for a better match with original fan shroud depth).

I noticed later that @FooFighter94 actually lengthened his from the original (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:749929) by @allon.
