Grommet for filament coming out of a plastic box into 2mm/4mm OD

I have my PLA filament in a sealable plastic food box, and this grommet sits on the outside of the box - it accepts a 4mm OD 2mm ID PTFE tube as used by the bowden extruders, and guides the filament off the spool and out of the box.

This means the PLA filament, prone to absorbing moisture, can sit in a dessicated box and extrude smoothly as required by the printer. It also keeps the dust off the reel.
