Spires Platform for Chimera/Cyclops and Rigidbot

Here is a platform for the E3D Chimera/Cyclops mount. I tried to include all the files necessary for you to fully customize it. As you can see I went through many iterations and I am quite pleased with the current version.
Some Notes/Thoughts:
1) The bearing holders are press fit and they seem to be holding up rather nicely.
2) I have about 100 hours on the latest revision.
3) The belt tension piece was tricky so I made it a smaller piece that you press into the larger. (dovetail fit)That a
