MK8 extruder with 28BYJ-48 stepper

MK8 extruder with 28BYJ-48 stepper motor. Weight cca 230g. I also added 40 x 40mm cooling fan, which is very important by objects, where we have some long overhangs. Inside I made some changes to allow printing even soft materials (Ninjaflex).
