Yet another battery holder

This is just a scratch, useful for my needing. If someone need some improvement just write a PM

Additions:

- Possibility to write 3D text on the box
- Added some parametrisation
- Possibility to exclude the top wall mounting (i use hot glue to fix it inside the forniture door)
