E3D V6 Hotend direct drive extruder

This is the cooler door replacement for Satoer's great [E3D v6 Easy maintenance carriage](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:484581) to convert it into direct drive. I created this mainly for printing flexible materials.

The main part is the door which is replacement for part "[Felix_E3DV6_[cooler_door_[V1.STL" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:484581). There is no need for the original as this new version works for bowder drive as well.
