RigidBot E3D Extruder mount with Rear 40mm Fan

I wanted a mount for my E3D on my RigidBot that works with Laser Weld Design's fully constrained block. I liked Walter's idea (and used it as major inspiration) but I wanted a few features his didn't have.

I didn't want to give up any z-height and I wanted to use my 40mm Noctua fan for cooling. I also wanted a part fan with a duct that surrounded the hot end. Finally I wanted to have a fully enclosed filament path because my old extruder kept getting cat hair in it. I would also like to have
