Camelbak magnetic tube clamp

After seeing that the new camelbaks include a magnetic tube clamp, I wanted one so I modeled this after theirs for my older generation M.U.L.E. NV. I had some neodymium magnets lying around that I used for this.

Composed of three parts:
- The base clip, which has a cavity for a magnet (1/4x1/8x1/8 in.) to be placed inside. This clip can attach to the sternum strap, or the webbing portion of the backpack strap.
