BigBox Dual Hybrid mounting bracket for BLTOUCH z probe

This is a retaining bracket which holds the BLTOUCH z probe in the same location as the existing IR z probe. The existing IR probe wiring can be used as is, along with a small change to the BLTOUCH Dupont connector wiring. One additional wire is needed to hook up the servo mechanism in the BLTOUCH to the RUMBA board.
