18mm Sensor mount for StevenQ-NE-UK's E3D Mount

Modified Clamp for 18mm sensor mount.
I use a LJC18a3-h-z/bx as sold by uxcell on amazon, in addition to the z limit switch.
(Z probe is on X Max endstop, Z min triggers at -2 mm)

Config file is for Marlin RC-8 Bugfix branch.
Note: my machine has been upgraded with drv8825 stepper drivers, with 1/32 Microstepping
Also, your nozzle to probe delta will be different.
Software endstops are OFF. They should probably be turned on to prevent head crashes.
