Bag Cutter

This is a tool intended for cutting vacuum seal bags off a roll, but can be used for cutting any semi-rigid bag or envelope.

It is designed to accept a utility blade mid-print. I used one of [these blades](http://a.co/8txOAGC). Just before the blade area is sealed off, pause the print, insert the blade, and ensure it sits flush to the rest of the print so the nozzle can clear it.
