Malyan M150 DiiiCooler mount

This is a remix of [leetbulb's DiiiCooler adaptor for the Malyan M150 printer](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1561061), I've repositioned the cooler mount holes 4mm to the right as suggested in the comments of leetbulb's adaptor. I remixed the adapter-v6_fixed version of leetbulb's part.

I found that the original part didn't mount the cooler well on my printer, the cooler was touching the heater block when I mounted everything up. I reworked the original STL in tinkercad to extend the coole
