Imho, this is the best spool roller that has ever been made. You could adjust the height of this part in a way that prevents filament from the spool slipping between table and spool. And the spool itself won't fall when empty.

2xt-slot nuts
2xM4x12 bolts for 3030 profile
or 2xM4x10 bolts for 2020 profile
