2020 extrusion mount runout sensor

I loved blaiseb's filament guide runout sensor combo and have been using it for a long time. I recently set up my printer to be direct drive though so his original design no longer worked. I used 2 m3 screws and t-slot nuts to attach it to the top extrusion on my ender 3.
