2020 Profile Slider

Using V-Rollers are a thing but it can be quite a troublesome to implement, because the V-Rollers tend to be so big compared to the alternatives and pretty much impractical if we were to add in more modules on the rail leveraging against the plate itself.

Two version for each dual and single type, one with "wave washer" means there are extra tolerance for you to put wave washer to adjust the tightness of these plates, the wave washer should be put on each side, meaning 2 wave washer on each screw to hold them down together. Wave washer also has about 1mm or less of travel adjustment during tightening.

The mounting hole is 20mm apart from center to center, 623 bearing for each slot. I still have to further test this slider more, drop me a comment if you have suggestions
