This is a bearing filament holder to suit 2020 extrusion. I've reused 3 parts from Mark_Landsaat FFCP Spool Holder (No longer available or on Thingiverse, can be found on other websites). I personally really like this secure design and the spool rotating on bearings and not friction.
I designed the 2020 Bracket myself & keeping the same components in Mark's original design. The bracket has been designed around the European standard 2020 extrusion, I've included the Fusion 360 file for the bracket for you to remix if you choose. I have not included the fusion file's for Mark's original designs.
I have not tested the bracket yet as I am waiting for my printer kit to arrive that this will be going on.
BOM:
1x M8 Hex Head Bolt 100mm Minimum length (change to suit your average spools width)
1x M8 Nut
2x M4 x10mm Captive Head Hex Bolts
2x T-Nuts
2x 6902 Bearings
1x Printed Bracket
1x Printed Inner Holder
1x Printed Outer Holder
1x Printed Tri Wing Nut
