OpenRC -> RC18 wheel adapter

I love the OpenRC wheels but I want to use 'em on my 1:18-scale RC18 and HPI Mini Recon truggy. This hub adapter + spacer will easily snap onto an OpenRC wheel (printed at 56%) and make it work with a 1/18-scale truck or buggy.

1) print out 4 sets of the hub adapter & spacer; PLA is fine. I like a hard TPU for the spacer, like NinjaTek Cheetah or Armadillo.
