F450 type quadcopter top with APM Dampener Mount and taller arms

I liked the design, but the mount for the apm was a little flimsy and a little small. So I took two items and mated them together. I also made the top plate 3mm instead of the original 2mm to add additional strength.

There is also a file for the arms that are 6mm taller because I wanted to fit a large battery in the middle rather than underneath where my gimbal would go.

Also added a file with the gps post already on the plate, and a file for the bottom plate with holes enlarged for stand
