Generic USB endoscope GoPro mount

A simple GoPro-style mount for a USB endoscope -- a variety of generic versions of this gadget are available on Amazon for under $20, and they work well with OctoPrint (though they have a very shallow focal depth).

This mount is designed for an endoscope with a maximum diameter of 8.6mm and a cord diameter of 4.7mm. I'm using mine with a flexible GoPro clamp mount that I already had around -- units are available on Amazon for $10, but of course there are a huge variety of GoPro mounts availab
